Solidny works with international partners who provide qualified technical specialists. Depending on the project, personnel are deployed through our partner network. Solidny handles the screening, placement, and supervision.
We evaluate the experience, technical skills, and active certifications of our specialists. Where required, additional practical welding or technical tests are carried out in consultation with the client. Throughout the project, we remain actively involved in execution and operational support.
Solidny was founded by Mark Smulders, who brings extensive hands-on and management experience in the international steel and metal fabrication industries. His background spans production, welding technology, project management, and establishing and leading industrial operations in the Netherlands and abroad.
Yes. Beyond our immediately available workforce, we conduct targeted searches for professionals with specific technical competencies, experience, or certifications. We review your requirements and leverage our international network to identify the right candidates.
